Right to information (access to personal data)

You have the right to request information whether our enterprise processes personal data concerning you as a person. This information is generally free of charge. Prior to providing the requested information, it may be necessary to ascertain your identity beyond doubt.

At your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data that is the subject matter of this processing. This data is provided only once.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified concerning you as a person. This includes the completion of incomplete personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

Under certain circumstances you have the right to request that our enterprise restricts processing of your personal data. This applies, in particular, if you contest the accuracy of the data, processing is unlawful, the data is no longer needed for processing or objection has been lodged against the processing.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request erasure of personal data without undue delay that concern you as a person. Erasure is not required, if the processing is performed for exercising the right of freedom of expression, the data is needed for compliance with legal obligations, a public interest in the area of public health exists in the processing of the data, data is processed within the scope of archiving purposes or historical or scientific research purposes or the data is required for the defence of legal claims.

You have the right to obtain personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format that are processed within the scope of the defined purpose of the processing and that concern you as a person. At your request, our enterprise may also disclose these data to another controller.
